hey there, i know this is a really old blog. pardon me but i am currently contemplating taking MA in linguistics and literature and wants to know which has the better education system: british or americans, hence the visit here. i hope you don’t mind.

I just do shopping in supermarket and take it as a normal thing/chores to do…. It’s only a mindset thing. Nothing to be ashamed off. Perhaps, for others, it do take some practice and erasing the unmachoness thinking out of the mind. So, does that mean, shopping for a car is not a girlly things for girls to do?

And about pushing that trolley in the supermarket; I do it almost every trip and even pay for all the purchases as well. And before we leave I’d go to the Gent’s and check. Nothing’s ever changed!

It’s like chasing a rainbow. If you get to it you get all wet. Some even think there’s a pot of gold at the other end… All because of the beautiful colors you see. Like what they show you in the commercials. The thing is; if they stop, and you stop, the economy stops. So everything has to keep going.

it’s the same. people are never satisfied with what they have, and that brand new toy just seems to be better than everything we have now. and MAYBE, just MAYBE that new toy will be able to fill up a missing piece in our life…or so we hope.

so we buy that thing, and after a while, we get tired, throw it aside and look for another brand new toy. Tat’s life.

maybe it’s better to think whether that new toy can really really help us achieve what we want…before actually buying (and wasting) it.
